1. Returns and Exchange Policy

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility for Return: The product must be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition, with all packaging intact (including tags, labels, and protective nets). Altered products, such as cut wefts, styled, dyed, or treated hair, will not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Return Period: Requests for returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Inspection: Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected to ensure compliance with the return conditions. Products that do not meet the return criteria will be rejected.

2. Refunds

  • Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Processing Time: After the returned item passes inspection, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Non-refundable Costs: Shipping fees, handling charges, and any applicable customs duties are non-refundable. Only the product cost will be refunded.

3. Return Shipping

  • Return Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.
  • Recommendation: We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.
  • Incorrect or Defective Items: If the product received is incorrect or defective, Indian Virgin Human Hair will cover the return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund.

4. Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following items:

  • Custom-made or special-order products
  • Discounted or final sale items
  • Opened lace closures and lace frontals

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided the product has not yet been shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, our return policy will apply.
